This house was custom built and expands over 3,800sf of air-conditioned space, ALL under 1 roof, so your entire group can enjoy your stay together without splitting up. The pool and backyard is GORGEOUS and privately lined with lush landscaping. You will enjoy the pool 24 hours/day PRIVATELY without having to share it with other guests or being restricted by annoying building rules and times. Plenty of outdoor seating furniture is available, so you can enjoy the amazing Florida weather! Two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Four bedrooms are upstairs. 

Guest access
The entire house will be exclusively for you! No area of the house is off limits.

No keys needed! I will send you a numerical code the will grant you access to the house during your stay. Share the code with your group and everyone can come in and out as they please.

PARKING: House has plenty of parking for about 7-10 cars 

POOL – You will enjoy the beautiful Florida weather with our large, swimming pool in the backyard Around the pool are comfortable outdoor pool chaise for sunbathing. The pool is 100% professionally cleaned every Tuesday morning ensuring it’s crystal clear.

LAUNDRY ROOM – House has Two laundry rooms with built-in High-Efficiency front loading washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, laundry basket.
